Amidst a pandemic, Rafsan discovered his passion for storytelling through freelance video editing. Despite his engineering background, Rafsan's love for storytelling prevailed. He turned gigs into a thriving business and soon after,'rafcuts' emerged. He perceives 'life' as the greatest miracle, and incorporates this profound realization into everything we stand for. Today, his journey stands as a beacon of hope, urging others to embrace their passions and craft their own destiny.

This is Afnan, whose love for creative content and artistic vision infuses every project with quality and depth.Despite his academic excellence as a gold medalist, Afnan chose to follow his passion for storytelling alongside Rafsan. With a penchant for travel and a talent for poetry, he adds a unique perspective to rafcuts, elevating their work to new heights. Together, Afnan and Rafsan embody the spirit of following one's dreams, inspiring others to pursue their passions fearlessly.
Marjia

This is Marjia, a Nuclear Engineer who couldn’t ignore her passion for visual storytelling. In 2022, uncertain about where her engineering degree would take her, she started editing videos as a side hustle. What began as a small experiment soon turned into a full-time freelancing career. Eventually, she partnered with Rafsan and became an integral part of Rafcuts Creative LTD.​
With her sharp instincts and management skills, Marjia ensures a seamless experience for our clients while nurturing a creative and collaborative work culture in the company. We’re truly grateful to have her as our CXO.
